Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — Calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $[70.00].
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding our reach!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Manilashop25@gmail.com-We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
